This light filled Garden level condominium is conveniently positioned in the southern center of Savannah's Landmark Historic District on America's "Prettiest Street" just across the street from Clary's Cafe. This pet friendly (cats and dogs under 35 lbs.) spacious one bedroom apartment has plenty of nooks and crannies as well as a desk for a quiet work space. All located within the confines of this unique lay out. Enjoy Clary's for Breakfast just across the street. Stay in close walking distance to Savannah's renowned Forsyth Park. Our location is very convenient for exploring the heart of historic Savannah on foot. With so much to discover in the city and beautiful islands and beaches a short drive away, our pet friendly Savannah condo provides a memorable vacation for our guests.



Savannah has delighted visitors with her historic charm and unique beauty since General Oglethorpe spent his first night camped out on a bluff overlooking the Savannah River back in 1733. With exquisitely preserved classic architecture of every persuasion and a natural low country setting that is one of the most alluring in the country, it is little wonder why Savannah is such a popular travel destination. One of Savannah's best features is its central park situated in the middle of the neighborhoods that make up the Historic and Victorian Districts. Completed in 1851 Forsyth Park contains walking paths, a Cafe and visitor center, two children?s playground areas, fragrant gardens, an icon of a fountain area, tennis courts, basketball courts, and areas for soccer and Frisbee. Did we mention there is also a world class amphitheater featuring concerts at Forsyth, such as the famous Savannah Jazz Festival?

This small apartment was walking distance to everything. After getting into town, we didn't re enter the car until we left 4 days later. Having a door code meant I didn't have to meet up with someone to get into the house. The apartment had everything we needed and then some.I would highly recommend to anyone looking to get away from the every day 9 to 5. Looking forward to my next visit!!
