This pet friendly (cats and dogs under 35 lbs.) spacious one bedroom apartment has plenty of nooks and crannies as well as a desk for a quite work space. All located within the confines of this unique lay out. Enjoy Clary’s for Breakfast just across the street. Stay in close walking distance to Savannah’s renowned Forsyth Park. Our location is very convenient for exploring the heart of historic Savannah on foot. With so much to discover in the city and beautiful islands and beaches a short drive away, our pet friendly Savannah condo provides a memorable vacation for our guests.



Savannah has delighted visitors with her historic charm and unique beauty since General Oglethorpe spent his first night camped out on a bluff overlooking the Savannah River back in 1733. With exquisitely preserved classic architecture of every persuasion and a natural low country setting that is one of the most alluring in the country, it is little wonder why Savannah is such a popular travel destination. One of Savannah’s best features is its central park situated in the middle of the neighborhoods that make up the Historic and Victorian Districts. Completed in 1851 Forsyth Park contains walking paths, a Cafe’ and visitor center, two children’s playground areas, fragrant gardens, an icon of a fountain area, tennis courts, basketball courts, and areas for soccer and Frisbee. Did we mention there is also a world class amphitheater featuring concerts at Forsyth, such as the famous Savannah Jazz Festival?

RATES are based upon a three night minimum stay. A two night stay may be available inside of 30 days at a higher rate.

High season dates consist of (excludes holidays or special events): March - June, September - October
Low season dates consist of (excludes holidays or special events): November - February, July – August


Low Season: $125.42 ($120 with *Cash Discount) per night

High Season: $135.88 ($130 with *Cash Discount) per night

Holiday & Special Events: $146.33 ($140 with *Cash discount) per night

Rock & Roll Marathon Weekend: $182.91 ($175 with *Cash Discount) per night

St Patrick’s Day Week: This property does not rent over St Patrick's Day Week.

Cleaning fee: $41.60 ($40 with *Cash Discount)

Available discounts (discounts cannot be combined):
10% discount for Monday thru Wednesday stays (must include all three nights and is not available with online booking)
10% discount off of 6 night stays (not available with online booking)
15% discount off of 7 night stays

All reservations do require a refundable security deposit and a non-refundable processing fee. Fees will vary with online booking.

*Rental payments are due twenty days prior to the check in date (no exceptions). Accepted forms of cash payments are personal checks, cashier`s checks and money orders. Accepted credit cards are Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. If booking within twenty days of check in, full payment via credit card is required.
