Recently this home was fully renovated and has become a stylish home base which offers everything you will need to have a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Savannah, “The Hostess City". Sleeping accommodations are provided in two private bedrooms with Queen sized beds. French doors with a balcony in one of the bedrooms provide a view of the beautiful courtyard below. A third floor loft area can serve as an additional bedroom for up to three singles. Bathrooms consist of a stand up shower which is ensuite to the Master bedroom and a hall bath that has a standard tub and shower.
Feel free to dine in, as the well equipped kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances including a dish washer.
Your very own private courtyard will provide a place to grill, dine or just relax and enjoy a cocktail. No worries about finding a parking space as two off-street spaces are provided. St Patrick’s Day Week: This property does not rent over St Patrick's Day week.

All reservations do require a refundable security deposit and a non-refundable processing fee. Fees will vary with online booking.
*Rental payments are due twenty days prior to the check in date (no exceptions). Accepted forms of cash payments are personal checks, cashier`s checks and money orders. Accepted credit cards are Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. If booking within twenty days of check in, full payment via credit card is required.
