This downtown Savannah Apartment Complex sets across the street from a well known Mexican Eatery on Broughton Street. This condo complex houses eight individual one bedroom apartments. Each condo in this three story recently renovated building features cozy comfort in each differently furnished unit, all within easy walking distance to historic Savannah's sights and points of interest including restaurants, boutiques, shops, art galleries, coffee shops and more on River Street just a few blocks north. Please note that this is a third floor unit.

Amenities include fully furnished condo with King Sized Pillow Top sleeper Bed, flat screen wall mounted TV, Broad Band Internet access, cozy kitchenette and washer/dryer access. There is an off-street parking area at the rear of the property which is first come first serve. Otherwise, there is a Parking Pass provided with the rental which allows for street parking without feeding parking meters.

This property is located in the heart of the historic district on the east end of Broughton Street the main upscale shopping area, two minutes walk to River Street and two minutes walk to the museums and historic home tours. While it was three flights up, this ensured a great view from the windows and a quite atmosphere. The facility itself was basic but lacked none of the essentials. It really did afford us the opportunity to "live like the locals" and enjoy the full richness that Savannah has to offer. There were only 6 off street parking spots for the 8 units, but this never caused us a problem. We loved our month long stay.
