Welcome to House of the Sun - Unit 404 - “your vacation home on the beach.” This unit has fresh paint throughout in soothing linen and beige colors, and also new plush beige carpeting. In the living room, you’ll find an all new 42” HD plasma TV with DVD player, and an AM/FM clock radio with an iPod dock. The leather seating includes a recliner, love seat, and recliner sofa. The glass top, white wicker dinette set has seating for four. Additional chairs from the bedrooms may be added to expand your party to six. A pair of bar stools at the snack bar are perfect for snacking or just chatting.



In the master bedroom, you’ll find a king-sized bed and a TV. The guest room has two twin-sized beds with a TV and a DVD player. Both bedrooms have huge closets, dresser space, and occasional seating.



For your comfort, ceiling fans are provided in both of the bedrooms, as well as the living room.



The kitchen is fully equipped with new, state-of-the-art appliances and also offers a stacked washer/dryer for your laundry needs.



Enjoy the artwork. In the living room you will find abstract expressionist, limited edition prints by Tampa-based David Edmund. The master bedroom has undersea paintings by Bonnie Lynn Brankey, and in the guest bedroom, the watercolors are painted by Sarasota artist, Shawn McLoughlin.



Relax to the sights and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico on your private balcony, furnished with two lounge chairs and a table with seating for four.



There is free WI FI wireless internet, so bring your laptop. Free local telephone service is also provided.



House of the Sun offers a heated pool, tennis courts, party room, assigned parking places, cabana, and outdoor barbeque area. There are two sun decks where you can experience spectacular sunsets. And, best of all, a broad expanse of the finest white crystal sand beach that has been rated the best in the country– SIESTA KEY BEACH.
