You are actually a block from the town of Seaside and Watercolor shops. The house was great. We had 7 adults and infant baby. All the bedrooms are downstairs with living area on second floor. There are also three large amazing porches. There is a huge dining room table (seats 10-12), a breakfast table, and another table on adjacent porch - can definitely feed a crowd. Large gourmet kitchen with everything you need. Parking spaces for three cars in the back. The whole house is beautifully decorated. Just a few steps from the middle of Seaside shopping/restaurants. We would definitely rent this house again!
