Redfish Village is made for couples looking for a sweet, private place to get away. It’s made for families with young kids who can’t wait to see the look on their little ones’ faces when they see the sand and waves for the first time. It’s made for lifelong friends, looking for a place to get away from work and the hustle and bustle of every day life. It’s made for grandparents, teenagers and everyone in between. Redfish Village has a long list of features and amenities that the whole family can enjoy, from an adult’s only pool and outdoor BBQs, to private beach access, a playground and a kid’s pool. The clubhouse has a fitness center, theatre room and private lounge, all excellent places to beat the heat, and meet other locals from the area.

The location of the resort is another feature that keeps families coming back year after year. Just minutes from shopping, excellent restaurants and cute sidewalk boutiques, this resort puts you right in the middle of all of the action. Grayton Beach State Park is also near by, and is a fun place to swim, sunbathe and do a little surf fishing. Getting to the Gulf and it’s sandy white beaches is an easy stroll from the resort, and is even easier get to via the daily complimentary beach shuttle. Ask about beach service as well, as guests have free use of two beach chairs and a big beach umbrella for ultimate beach day comfort!

When you aren’t out exploring the area, you’ll feel right at home in this spacious, 3-bedroom/3-bathroom condo. This corner unit has a large private balcony and breezeway entry, fully furnished kitchen, upscale living room and three private bedrooms plus bunk room. The attention to detail, from the hardwood floors to the ten-foot ceilings, is what really sets this unit apart from the rest. The upscale furniture throughout the home, the chic and sophisticated décor and decorations, the elegant light fixtures, and the high-tech appliances make staying here easy, comfortable and convenient.

The gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of room for the culinary experts in the family to work their magic. The unit is equipped with both a standard and Keurig coffee maker. The large refrigerator is a great place to store leftovers from local restaurants like The Red Bar and Goatfeathers! The expansive counter tops extend to create a spacious snack bar, complete with a few plush bar stools to create a comfortable and cozy place for an afternoon snack or drink.

The kitchen flows effortlessly into the living area, which is where families love to fall into the soft couches and armchairs and catch up on their favorite TV shows, or even better, have a family movie or game night. Connected to the living room is a formal dining area, complete with a large, oval wooden table and enough seating for six. This is a perfect place to sit together as a family for a meal, or a game of cards. The openness of the kitchen, living room and formal dining room area allows everyone in the family to sit together in comfort without feeling cramped or crowded.

Just a few steps from the formal dining room, through two beautiful doors, is one of the highlights of the home. There is a King bed in the master suite, and Queen beds in the second and third bedrooms, and a bonus room with not one, but TWO bunk bed sets! This allows ten people to sleep comfortably. The master bathroom has a large walk in shower and a separate tub, double sinks and plenty of room for two people to get ready without bumping into each other. The other bathrooms have shower/tub combos, and plenty of soft, high quality towels. The combination of top of the line mattresses, high quality linens and soft pillows will have everyone in the family excited about bedtime.

Within 24 hours of booking:

~ You will receive an email confirmation containing important contact details for guest services and a link to access all of your vacation information from your smart phone.
~ Your deposit of 50% will be charged to your credit card to confirm your rental reservation.

As your arrival date approaches:
~ We will send reminders about the guest portal so you can make sure you have all your check-in details and rental extras covered before you arrive.
~ Just before check-in day, you will receive your access codes & other information specific to your rental home. When you arrive, you can go straight to the property and begin enjoying your vacation immediately without the hassle of typical check-in procedures.

At the beach:
~ Once you're here, our team will be on hand to answer any questions you may have, provide concierge support, or address any issues that may arise during your stay.
