watercolor condo #12 Kelley C. from Knoxville, TN recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in March, 2013 We had a great stay. Condo was in a great location. I dealt with Jacque, who was awesome to deal with. I don't want to complain, but I do want you to know so you can inform whoever is in charge of this. there was a huge accumulation of what i call dust bunnies under all beds, in corners, under couches. it just looked as if nothing had ever been dusted in a very long time. comforters either need to be replaced or have a good cleaning as a couple of them had stains on them. we just folded them up and put them in the closet. the bathrooms and upper kitchen area were very clean.several lightbulbs were burnt out(in 3 bathrooms,several lamps)ALL tv remotes either had a battery missing or didn't have batteries at all, so we purchased some ourselves. for the price of this condo little things like lightbulbs and batteries should not be an issue. this should be checked by whoever is in charge of these things before each guest arrives.our contract mentioned a condo manuel. there was nothing like that in the condo. every rental we have ever had has a manuel with television instructions, restaurant recommendations, a copy of rental instructions with phone numbers on them etc. i didn't bring these things from home because our contract/instructions stated that there would be one in the condo. Great Property questionable Property Manager A guest from Houston, TX recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in August, 2012 The place was exceptional and clean with stunning views. If there was a knock it was that it was not cleaned up and ready when we were to check in ( 4p.m.which is a late check in already) and that we had to be checked out by 10:00 a.m. ( who does that?) Also there were precious few towels and little in the way of extra T.P., soap etc. The contract was rather strident and harsh in it's tone, "you must do this, you must do that..."This was a function of the property rental manager, not the property itself, the property was great!
