Located less than one block from historic Canyon Road and short walking distance to the downtown Plaza area. Across the street from the Santa Fe River, this home is ideal for scenic walks and meditation. The spacious vacation rental features four bedrooms and three baths. The main level master and guest bedrooms have separate bathrooms. Sleeps nine. The kitchen and breakfast table area open into the dining room; a perfect set-up for entertaining and family gatherings. The comfortable living room has a large fireplace and generous seating space. The lower level offers privacy with a separate living area with two bedrooms and bath. The house is approximately 2,800 net square feet, very private and includes a completely enclosed large outdoor area with over-sized outdoor fireplace. Beautiful mature, manicured gardens with patio--ideal for entertaining. Dogs are allowed.

Stayed for 7 days in November, 2012 The house was large, well build and beautifully appointed with top of line appliances, wood & tile floors, adobe with georgous tiles in bath and kitchen. Layout comfortable for an extended family gathering. Walled yard great for outdoors with gas fireplace, gas grill and tables/chairs to encourage conversation & dining. Some furniture & carpeted areas do need updating as worn & for comfort. The house could use a fresh coat of paint and staining of woodwork to restore to it's expensive finish. Loved, loved the house, yard, decorating, etc. Great Santa Fe ambiance. Very convenient to Plaza, freeway, and one block from Canyon Road. Only 2 negatives: For "girls" of a certain age, it may be too far for some to walk to the Plaza, and no handrails on the tiled stairs to the basement make them dangerous. Also, some did not like the low lighting in some rooms. That said, it was a wonderful house and I would stay there again in a heartbeat. My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary at Casa Olivia over the Labor Day weekend and had a wonderful time. Our arrival to Santa Fe was delayed due to sightseeing detours along the drive from Denver, but sure enough, all the information and keys we needed to gain access to the home was effortlessly obtained via the lock-box at Kokopellie?s office.Casa Olivia is truly exceptional, considering the fantastic enclosed yard, complete with fountain and fireplace, and the historic charm of original Santa Fe architecture. Next time, we will bring some friends as this home can comfortably accommodate four couples for a fun get away while providing full office capabilities when needed. The décor is both beautiful and functional as we felt at home instantly. We found the location to be ideal as the neighborhood is quiet, but only blocks away from the Canyon Road galleries and a short walk or drive to the plaza. Staying in this house engrains a true experience of living the Santa Fe lifestyle ? if only for a few days? I guess we got a little too caught up in the outdoor amenities at Casa Olivia and managed to lock ourselves out of the house on our first day ? a Sunday at that. Thanks to foresight and the awesome staff at Kokopelli, we were cheerfully greeted by the company?s CEO no less as he unlocked the door for us. Kokopelli provides outstanding service and amenities to make your vacation as stress-free and effortless as possible. We will certainly be including Kokopelli in future vacation plans. We could not have been happier with the property (an easy, lovely 5-10 minute walk to the Plaza), and really felt we got value for our money. The patio area is even lovelier than in the photos, as it's been landscaped and the flowers are in bloom!Our rental agent (Marcia) couldn't have been nicer or more professional, accommodating our request to get into the house a little early. The garden is gorgeous with 2 plush lawns and flowers everywhere. I hosted a wedding reception for 100 people and it was the perfect place to create our fantasy. The house had every amenity, and it is a great place for children too. I am local so I can say the location is exceptional! I will be renting this place again for future staycations!
