The quiet neighborhood location was peaceful, while also being a convenient 10-15min walk to the main attractions and shopping/dining areas (10-15min walk). Stayed for 5 days in March, 2013 My husband I stayed at the east side compound with my two youngish children and my oldish parents. The location was fantastic, the house was lovely and the parking, which can be an issue in Santa Fe, wasn't a factor at all. I am a chef and my mother loves to spend the day in the kitchen and we were happy to see it was stocked with all the pots and pans we needed. I would recommend bringing your own knives, however. Loved it and am planning to return to Santa Fe in May. Would be heartbroken if the place was booked! Stayed for 30 days in March, 2012 A beautiful property - we loved the spacious interiors and kitchens (both in the main house and guest casita). There was a tremendous amount of natural light inside, too. It was a perfect home for my 2-year old daughter as well -- only a couple of steps inside the home, plenty of room to play. Very good WiFi connection, close to the center of town while still having the feeling of being away from everything. Lovely spring break in Santa Fe Cathy J. from austin, TX recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in March, 2012 We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Eastside Compund during our 2012 spring break. The house was spotless when we arrived, and within easy access of Canyon Road, neighborhood shops and the Plaza. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of space for our party of 5. The 2 minor items for improvement I would suggest are: check all lightbulbs between rentals (a few of the bulbs were burnt out) and provide recycling. Overall we had a wonderful time.
