Stayed for 7 days in February, 2013 We feel that our rental did not match the quality of previous rentals (Had we known this, we would have paid more for a nicer property)It was in a word, shabby. The kitchen utensils were old,worn, and, limited. The dishware was old and incomplete.In addition, with the washer and dryer in the living area, in conjunction with a loud heating system it made relaxing impossible downstairs. (Try sitting there and watch a television program with one or both of those systems running! I have more if you want to know....email me and I would be happy to respond. Do not misunderstand, we will continue to use you for our Santa Fe rentals. I wish your staff would have realized our prior rentals were much nicer and directed us away from 44 Marcy. |

Review of Condo Mark Z. from Dallas, TX recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in February, 2013 Evertyhing was fine... with 1 exception. The sofa sleeper's mattress was unacceptable to sleep on. One of our guests was forced to sleep on living room floor, rather than the sleeper sofa because it was so bad. We brought this to the attention of the Property Company, and they reimbursed us 10% off our total rental costs for the inconvience, which we were very thankful for. Again, all was fine - except for this situation with the unacceptable sleeper sofa mattress. |

Hamilton 2013 ski trip A guest from Magnolia, TX recommends this property. Stayed for 6 days in December, 2012 Windows need to be replaced to reduce incoming cold air and heat going out. Told HOA did not allow pets, yet other rental units through a different management company allowed pets! |
