The master suite, located on the upper floor, features its own bath, fireplace, and a private balcony with seating to enjoy our New Mexican sunsets. The lower level features the laundry area, powder room and oversized double garage. Also available to you is High Speed Wireless Access. The home emits comfort and a feeling of space both inside and out making it the perfect place to spend time in Santa Fe. MONTHLY RENTALS ONLY!!!!! Valle de Sol - Light, bright 3 bedroom, 2 bath plus powder room. Master suite has a King bed, fireplace, full bath and private balcony. Why Not 5 Stars Kelly D. from Houston, Texas does not recommend this property. Stayed for 62 days in July, 2012 We rented this home for 62 days. The home rents for a minimum of 30 days. It is a nicely remodeled home with beautiful mountain views.The biggest problem we had was the bedding in the house is old. Two of the bed sets said they were manufactured in march of 1991. The third was torn off. The tags on all of the the beds said they were Simmons beds and had the name Montgomery Wards stitched to each mattress. That company folded 11 years ago.I spent so many sleepless nights we left early. Myself and my guests awoke with back aches every morning. Old bedding is not something you read about online unless someone writes about it and there were no reviews on this property when we leased it.The windows were dirty when we arrived. We had to buy windex and supplies to clean the bathrooms etc as there was none there for us to use. Remember we were to be there for over two months.We were instructed we had to have the house professionally cleaned after 30 days so we hired the service. They did not clean the house. I had to return home for work but did get back a couple of hours before my guests arrived so I was able to get the house cleaned.I would not recommend this property to anyone until the bedding is all replaced. From the sunrise views to the splendor of the sunset you are surrounded by all that makes Santa Fe a wonderful place to get away.The home was in perfect condition and marvelously equipped. Wonderful stay @ Valle del Sol Views A guest from Plano, TX recommends this property. Stayed for 31 days in May, 2011 We truly enjoyed our month-long stay in this beautiful, light-filled, open and contemporary home. Loved all the views from almost every room in the house, and took full advantage of the perfect location, less than 10 minute walk to the Plaza. We would definitely consider staying here again.
