Christmas in Tusuque A guest from Midland, TX recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in December, 2012 We loved staying in Tusuque away from the busy-ness of Santa Fe. The unit/duplex is clean and comfortable with a great view at the end of the road - very private. The Tesuque Market/Restaurant is the best. Homemade desserts and breads. A great menu. Rustic and cozy. Original art. The only problem we had with the unit was the loudness of the heating fan/vent in the living room. It made conversation difficult and the TV volume had to be turned way up or we had to turn off the heat altogether. This may not be fixable but it was annoying. Everything else was great. Thank you. |

Pueblo Encantado Lee M. from Peculiar, MO recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in October, 2012 We had visited Santa Fe previously and stayed near the Square. This visit, we opted to be a bit out of town for the views and the ambiance. This home in the Pueblo was ideal! It was sited at the beginning of the foothills, so had great view across the valley to the Jimez Range. Very quiet, convenient parking, convenient to both the Tesuque Market, as well as some day trips to the north. As for getting into the City, it was a breeze, just a few minutes on Route 84 or the more scenic Bishop's Lodge, Route 73?We were traveling with another couple, so the layout of the home was ideal with the 2 bedrooms separated enough for quiet, but both convenient for mornings and evenings in the kitchen or the living area. Most evenings were spent on the patio, with the views, the birds and the crisp air.Interior features were beautifully decorated, and completely modern and handy. We could have easily prepared all our meals there if we chose. You could explore the foothills a bit, and we took advantage of the pool, still open this late. Mostly the seclusion and quiet setting won us over, and we would certainly choose the Pueblo again. |

Great Property with privacy and comfort A guest from Chevy Chase, MD recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in August, 2012 My only negative comment was the staff at the office. We had called the day before to see if the house was currently occupied or if we might be able to check in early. We were told we could check in early, that would not be a problem. When we arrived at the office, the receptionist made it VERY clear that there are rules and we COULD NOT check in before 4 PM--PERIOD! We explained about our call the day before. She went to the back area and someone came with the keys and check-in information. Our experience up-to then had been so positive. I would especially like to thank Ben in reservations for his help and patience. |

. . . A guest from Albuquerque, NM recommends this property. Stayed for 6 days in August, 2012 The location and amenities for this condo are outstanding. This is the third time I've rented this unit for our August vacation, and i'm looking forward to booking it again next summer.I have one maintentance comment: the grout in the upstairs ahower surround has failed, and if this isn't fixed soon the water will leak behind the tiles and will cause the wall to collapse. |

Tasteful surroundings, beautiful views and near the opera A guest from New York, NY recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in July, 2012 Pueblo Encantado is a perfect place to stay if you want a place near the opera, have a car, and want a well designed and tasteful space. The rental is part of a small community (36 casitas, I think, but I never saw more than about 10) designed so that you see only the gorgeous views and not other properties from the patio or through the windows. The casitas are located in a beautiful rural area across the road from the Four Seasons, which has a spa, restaurant etc. The drive into town takes about 15-20 minutes, and to the opera takes about 5-10 minutes. The casita is well equipped -- we cooked dinner there twice after shopping at the Farmer's Market and had dinner (as well as all of our breatfasts) on the patio. It also has free wi-fi. The best part is that it is not tacky and cheap looking (like so many rentals). Although it is not expensively furnished and decorated, the interior layout is well designed, and someone obviously took care to make it tasteful, attractive and comfortable. Dealing with Kokopelli to rent the place was easy and uneventful, but you do have to pick up and drop off the keys in town, not at the house. This was also an excellent value. We paid about $320 a night (including all taxes, etc) for 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room, full kitchen, dining and lounging patios, while the Four Seasons across the street was asking over $800 a night for a single room with a king bed. My only complaint is that the bed in the master bedroom could have been firmer. |

Great time in Santa Fe Paula F. from CAVE SPRING, VA recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in May, 2012 Condo was excellent and exactly as pictured in the web site. The only problem we had was with the TV, it required us to send a text message on our phone to order a movie and I don't have text messaging on my phone at this time. Property Manager Response: Response from Kokopelli Property Management Ms. Franz,We are so glad to hear that you enjoyed the home. We looked into the issue with the TV and believe it has to do with how the owners account is setup. On your next visit please call our office should you need assistance ordering a movie. Hope to see you in Santa Fe again soon!ThanksKokopelli Team |

We took our bff's and were all very disappointed. A guest from Oklahoma City, OK does not recommend this property. Stayed for 4 days in September, 2011 Our electrical outlets went out the first morning. We had one hand towel and there was four of us. We had no trash bags and we stayed for four nights. We have loved this condo in the past but not anymore. Maybe we loved it when we rented from owner in the past. Property Manager Response: Response from Kokopelli Property Management Wayne,We are sorry for the issues that you had while in the home. We have recently switched to inhouse cleaning to ensure that all our homes are cleaned properly, take accurate inventory of items that should be in the home, as well as check for properly functioning electronics and appliances in all our homes. |

Ratty Casita in Pueblo Encantado Meredith D. from Dallas, TX does not recommend this property. Stayed for 11 days in August, 2011 I was shocked at how ratty and old the carpet and upholstery were. The carpet must be 30 years old. It was gross. Except for the fridge, the kitchen was dated too. We cut our stay short because the place gave us the creeps. When furnishings and carpet are not replaced, it brings to mind dirt and filth. Do not rent 209 Pueblo Encantado. |

Pueblo Encantado Kirk M. from The Colony, TX recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in April, 2011 Terrific, professional service from Ronda Doss. She was a pleasure and answered all of our questions. Overall 209 was in very nice condition. Since last year's stay, the upper level bathroom sliding shower door rail was broken and a bit difficult to open. In the lower level master bedroom the lever on one of the blinds was broken and was difficult to turn. All other aspects of 209 met or exceeded our expectations. Property Manager Response: Response from Kokopelli Property Management Kirk, Thanks for the kind words about the service you were provided. Also thank you for bringing the issues you expierinced in the home to our attention so we can work on correcting them. |

Fabulous Mountain Retreat Convenient to Santa Fe, as well as easy access to Taos and Albuquerque Reviewed by: Richard R. recommends this property. Stayed for 9 days in March, 2011 We are frequent visitors to the New Mexico area and the Pueblo Encantado 209 property is a perfect place to enjoy it all -- only a 10 minute drive to the Santa Fe Square but also with easy access to the highway North to Taos or south to Albuquerque. The Pueblo Encantado 209 property is a wonderful and interesting split level design, with fabulous funrnishing and appointments which are also quite livable and comfortable. The split level design is not found in many rentals but adds the bonus in that it easily provides separate areas or spaces for different activities. Also adding to our experience was the excellent helpfulness and responsiveness of the Kokopelli staff in preparations for our arrival and assistance with any item that might arise. We will definitely plan to stay again, and would recommend it highly to anyone who wants to enrich their Santa Fe visit. |
