This two bedroom, two bath treasure home is just a short walk to the historic Plaza as well as Canyon Road on Palace Avenue in the Las Posada area. Professional decor with top of the line exquisite taste; warm rich colors, original artwork, fireplaces in the living room and bedroom, Fisher Pykel washer and dryer, Viking range, high speed internet, DVD, Gas grill to dine out doors and enjoy the beautiful "Burro Garden" with a walled patio under a canopy of trees will be utterly delightful. The master bedroom offers a Queen Bed and beautiful bath with large walk in closet. There is a private patio off the master bedroom to enjoy the wonderful Santa Fe weather. The guest bedroom can be made up as twins or a king. Complete linens and bedding are provided for either situation. The linens throughout the home are custom made and beautifully appointed in southwestern flavor. The property offers air conditioning for the occasional warm evening.

Stayed for 5 days in July, 2012 I left a survey yesterday on line, but will be glad to review again with you. When trying to book the reservation on the phone it was difficult to get any info on homes. I was very lucky and called the main office and was able to talk to Desha Garcia which was very helpful and knowledge regarding the homes. The home was lovely and we had a great time. There were a few things that would be helpful sush as more wash cloths and while paying that much for leasing more toliet paper and paper towells would be nice. Going to the store to shop for these seems unnecessary. The Master bed patio was unuseable due to ants and bees.I will lease with the company again but will know to ask certain questions ahead of time. Note: The lighting in the guest bath is very bad. to get ready by,may need to get better bulbs. Also makeup mirror in MB does not work. There is a wonderful back patio area with a water feature and bronze statuary. The landscaping was beautiful and the location was close to everything we were interested in seeing. A second home in Santa Fe A guest from Ann Arbor, Michigan recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in April, 2011 We've stayed here many times before, and the advantages and pleasures are many: spacious house, quiet and private surroundings, short walk to the plaza, well-equipped kitchen, lovely secluded garden/patio, 2 fireplaces, excellent washer/dryer setup. However, the house maintenance is spotty: faucets that leak, refrigerator on its last legs (freezes food unless set on the lowest temp), every year new pieces of furniture or "decorative" objects take up more space, the twin beds in one bedroom are really small, minor annoyances (no drinking cups in bathrooms, not enough dishwasher soap, no paper napkins). Finally, although the on-arrival procedures are excellent and painless, Kokopelli Management is iffy in the reservation process and procedures. They seem to have a lot of turnover -- I have dealt with three different sets of people in the last three years, all of whom respond spottily to email, and almost never are "in" when you phone.Nevertheless, a great vacation rental for 2 couples or a small family.
