Stayed for 4 days in May, 2013 This home is gorgeous in every way, from the design/layout itself to the furnishings, artworks, linens, firewood, everything. It was spotlessly clean and well stocked with everything a person could need. Also very quiet. My only complaint is the living room TV; the process of operating it with the satellite system and remotes and oddities of operation couldn't be more confusing. Stayed for 3 days in October, 2011 After seeing the photos online and reading the home's description, we expected the home to be nice. Even so, we were wowed when we walked in. The house is drop-dead gorgeous, and the furnishings and accessories are outstanding. All of the finishes (countertops, backsplashes, etc.) are top notch. I don't think we've ever rented a vacation home that was as clean as this one. Also, everything you could possibly need was there, e.g., scissors, flashlight, ironing board, kitchen supplies, etc. We can't wait to come back!! oth wonderful and unimpressive Scott B. from Bend, OR recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in August, 2010 I was explicit when making the reservation that I needed a couch that could be slept on by a 5'5" teenager. Photos of the LR showed a small couch. The person taking the reservation assured me that it was a large couch and capable of someone sleeping on and that it was the angle of the photo shot that made the couch look small. I was actually in SF in March, 5 months prior to my Aug. reservation and I called and requested to see the house for the purpose of checking out the couch. I received no call back. When we arrived in Aug. the air conditioning system wasn't working and the handle of one of the patio doors leading into the house came off. We reported this the next morning, Sunday morning. We got a repair man around 6pm on Monday. Fortunately for us we were able to figure out the ac system prior to his showing up. We suspect the person who turned it on did not do it correctly. We ask the service man if he was also to check the door. He said no. We were there for another 5 days but no one showed up to repair the door.We have rented thru the Management Company for many years. Only once during that time did we need help for something. The speed of service and the professionalism of the service people was impressive. We truly hope that Kokopelli Management will strive to maintain that standard.
