Casa Santa Fe features beautiful updated amenities, room to sleep 4 and is only 3/4 of a mile to the Plaza making it a perfect Santa Fe, NM rental. The Sangre de Cristo mountains offer a majestic backdrop in this desirable Rosario Hill downtown neighborhood. Casa Santa Fe is a new, two story vacation rental home close to the old historic Plaza and Guadalupe Railyard districts; as well as a large enclosed complex complete with a multiplex movie theatre, several restaurants, boutique retail shops, a health food store and grocer.

This light and bright property offers a charming private garden entering into the front of the home. Once inside there is a nice floor plan with an open living and dining area to seat four, plus kitchen. The kitchen has a pass-through granite counter, complete with bar stools to lazily pass the time while watching your favorite meal being prepared by that special cook. There is a traditional wood-burning kiva fireplace in the front room to warm your guests in Santa Fe's wintry months.

Adjacent to the main living area downstairs, there is a second bedroom with a full bath.

Upstairs you'll find the master bedroom suite with its own gas fireplace and king size bed, including a full master bath with jacuzzi tub. A balcony flows from the second floor master, perfect for a morning coffee break. In addition, a small study area awaits just outside of the upstairs master bedroom.

Nice design, good furnishing, well maintained, comfortable*,and a convenient location.*We had an easily fixed problem that took until our second day to get the radiant heat fixed (pilot light) in March (52 degrees inside on Sunday,Monday. They did drop off electric space heaters on Monday which was appreciated.The house needs a manual with HVAC instructions for the radiant and split air units, cable listings, etc. like we've have in previous Kokopelli rentals. If there was one there, we could not find it. The standard Kokopelli folder was generic. They responded pretty well and resolved the issue with heat once someone came out. They left a card the day after it was fixed, but we would have liked a phone call while we were out all day when it was fixed so we wouldn't worry about a second cold night. If they don't already do this, I would suggest that someone check the unit the day of check in to ensure everything is good to go, especially during winter months. Radiant heat should be turned on ahead of time since it takes hours to warm up from a setting of 50F. We've rented from Kokopelli for many years and our overall experiences have been great, so I consider these problems pretty minor in the grand scheme of things though I wanted to note them.
