"We had wonderful stay at your lovely casita. We loved its authenticity, the adobe and tile construction, the whimsical art right for the Santa Fe setting. Everything was set up for comfort. You planned for lazy days curled up by the wood-burning fireplace or restful times outside on your shady patio breathing that clear mountain air. Problems Incurred Deborah A. from Roswell, GA recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in October, 2011 We arrived on a Sunday and picked up the keys etc. With the directions I finally relize that it was the wrong property. Called emergency number and Ryan met us and we were taken to the correct property. He was helpful but the situation was not professional. Also the patio door was broken and did not lock. I reported it immediately and it was never fixed. Not safe in my opinion. When we checked out I reported and handed in our sheet with comments etc. There was never a "Oh we are sorry for the inconvenience" just we will pass that on. ??? I don't think you all seem very committed or show a sense of interest. I would have hoped that someone would have called us to make sure we were safe and sound. I am not even sure you will follow up on the few things I reported needed attention. As a property owner I would not be happy either. The place was nice however and Marcia was great.Deborah Adams |

Santa Fe Vacation Rental A guest from Lake Isabella, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in October, 2011 The unit was perfect for 4 people, with 2 master bedroom suites on opposite sides of the house. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. The furniture was comfortable and servicable. One rainy night we were able to enjoy the fireplace which was supplied with firewood and easy to start. The only negative we experienced was that it rained in around the skylights, and we had water dripping on us about 3 days while we were there. |

Old Santa Fe Trail Garden Review Richard T. from El Paso, TX recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in September, 2011 There were 4 of us (two Couples) all over 60. All of us were very happy with the accommodations. We will all give a 5 star rating to the over all trip. My only comment was the "Home away" look up made it hard to compare different properties. This was only a minor problem. Thank you for contribution to our wonderful trip. Location, Location, Location!! Richard B. from Pittsboro, N.C. recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in June, 2011 This is a wonderful property within walking distance of the Plaza. It is very centrally located, Museum Hill is just across the road, good restaurants close by and there is an excellent supermarket just down the road from the property. The property is very spacious, very comfortable and even though it is close to the center of town, the house and it's patio garden are very quiet and private. It is very tasefully furnished, very clean with spotless bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped and we really enjoyed cooking dinner at "home" in the evening time after a day of adventures. I woudl recommend this property for a great stay in Santa Fe. |

Kokopelli - Old Santa Fe Trail Garden May 2011 Reviewed by: Bob A. does not recommend this property. Stayed for 14 days in May, 2011 Excellent location and house design for two couples but the property was let down by a lack of quality maintenance in some areas, for example the inside of the oven needs a top quality spring clean. The staff at Kokopelli were generally obliging and helpful but the receptionist was at times quite efficious. |

Stayed for 3 days in October, 2010 We stayed for three nights and enjoyed the stay very much. We would stay there again. The Bose sound system for the TV was nice, but the sound went off after 2-3 hours of use and we had to turn the TV off then on again to get the sound back. |
