In close proximity to the Santa Fe Plaza and the ski area, this beautifully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has easy parking and views! Enjoy a relaxing vacation kicking back in the comfortable sofas & easy chairs while enjoying a movie on TV. Or sit out on the front portal and take in the views of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains. The king master suite has a private bath with shower, TV and private phone. The second bedroom has a split king bed that we can make into 2 twins, and a roll-top desk & a TV too. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and is open to the living room & dining room areas for easy conversations. This unit also has a stack washer & dryer, wood-burning fireplace & Air Conditioning. This property is only 5-6 blocks North of the Plaza. This is a non-smoking & no pets allowed property. Firewood is furnished during winter months only. Can be rented with adjacent Artist Road, #30! Pool & hot tub subject to availability.

My only suggestion is having a lockbox outside the rental would have made it easier and I was disappointed that I couldn,t hook up with promised wireless..i did solve it by using the mobile hotspot on my phone for a fee. The condo was cozy, there was plenty of firewood and a nice fireplace, we were there to ski and it was conveniently located on Artist road on the way to the mountain. There were only a couple of issues. the first being that the 4:00 check in time is extremely late and inconvenient when travelling with a small child. The second issue was that the internet password they gave us was wrong and because we didn't check in until 4 and the office closed at 5 we didn't realize it until it was too late to call them. Which hindered our ability to do things like find a place to go to dinner and find out what time the ski rental place opened the following day. The third thing that went wrong is that the sheets on the master bed had black hairs all over them. They had clearly not been washed. There were several hairs on both pillows and a lot in the bed. In light of the issues I will say that the property management company handled the internet issue and the sheets issue professionally and promptly. Someone came to change the sheets with in 15 minutes of my call and a new password was given immediately.
