In close proximity to the Santa Fe Plaza as well as the ski area, this newly remodeled 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo in Ft. Marcy Compound is a single level unit and has easy access to the private parking area. It has a King master bedroom with private bath and a 2nd bedroom that has a split king bed that we can make into 2 twins. There is an adjacent full hall bath. The living room is nicely furnished with comfy sofa & 2 recliners to sit back and watch TV or listen to your favorite CD's. The condo faces north and has a nice covered portal area with great views of the Sangre de Cristo mountains. There is a fully equipped kitchen and also a formal dining area so everyone can enjoy a meal together. All linens & towels are provided along with firewood in the winter months only. This is a non-smoking property and no pets are allowed at the owner's request. This property will sleep 6 with the sofa sleeper, (2 twin beds can be converted to a King to accommodate couples). Can be rented with adjacent Artist Road, #31! Pool & hot tub subject to availability.

Artist Road #30--Nice Property A guest from Denver, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in August, 2011 We enjoyed our stay in Santa Fe and felt right at home in Artist Road #30. It was clean and reasonably well stocked, with just a few exceptions. Our only real problem was that the air conditioning did not work properly the last two days of our stay, and even though the management company was very responsive and a repairman was sent out(over the weekend no less),he did not recognize and fix the problem (he passed it off as a thermostat safety delay, but that wasnt the issue.) Also, the view was nice, but we had to sleep with the windows open because of the air conditioner problem, and there was a fair amount of noise from the nearby road. The location was good--it was a long walk to the plaza, but doable. All in all, it was a nice place to stay and quite comfortable. The bed on the right groans when the occupant moves. Both bed frames need adjusting: if one sits on the end of the bed the head end of the mattress rises in the air and could startle someone into falling.Some of the towels and bed linens are stained and should be sent out for better cleaning.An ice cream scoop would be a good addition to the kitchen. The wrong unit number was on the envelope so I had to go back into the office to be certain that the keys were for the unit we had reserved. There was minimal welcome on the part of office personnel. At the unit the towels and wash cloths were still damp but had been put away in the linen closet. One of the towels appeared to have a fresh stain on it so we did not use it. We had six adults and our three year old stay for 5 days and found the rental very clean, updated and had all the ameneties to make our stay comfortable. Check in and Check out was so easy, we just went to the property management companies office and picked up the keys and information packet. Simple,simple, simple.
