It was so full of dog hair I had a severe asthma attack the 1st night. My husband called the management co. To see if we could switch rental. They did and the next property was great. Santa Fe Stay in the Alameda Loft Ron A. from Victoria, Australia recommends this property. Stayed for 30 days in May, 2012 The location was great. Convenient for walking to the Plaza and Canyon Road.Our negative comments regarding the property relate to the general condition of the building. The issues include:Many of the window blinds did not operate properly if at all. The screen door to the loft balcony was non-existant. The ensuite tiolet seat to the loft bedroom was dangerously loose. Many of the light fittings (either switches or globes) did not operate. The outside bin contained smelly cigarette remains on our arrival. If there are no damages caused by the tenant, there should be a refund...if not, call it what it is...a non-refundable fee!
