The living room is filled with Santa Fe Charm, complete with vigas, wood floors, a charming kiva fireplace, southwestern art, a fold out love seat for the additional person in your party, as well as a flat screen TV with cable access.The living room and kitchen are separated by a breakfast bar with seating for three. The kitchen has updated appliances, finished concrete counters, and all the cookware you will need to enjoy a home cooked meal while on vacation.Moving the the back of the casita you will find the master bedroom with kiva fireplace, a queen sized bed, and CRT TV with cable access. There is also a private, beautifully remodeled full bath off the master.There is a private walled front courtyard with covered patio and charcoal BBQ grill.

This home is located near Canyon Road Casita, Canyon Road Cassidy Compound, Canyon Road Treasure, and Crossroads at Canyon Road, and when leased together can accommodate a larger group traveling together or multiple families looking to stay close in proximity to one another.

The flavor of the southwest was found throughout this structure representing the old adobe of New Mexico with some modern upgrades. The decor was colorful and comfortable, including some spanish touches. This casita works well for 2 adults. We brought our two small shelties along as well and they thoroughly enjoyed the public park adjacent to the property. We were able to walk the old neighborhoods as well as visit all the galleries along Canyon Road. Great Location! We will definitely stay here again. Stayed for 5 days in August, 2011 The property we stayed in was clean and well located but that doesn't mean you dont need a car although it is only a 15 minute walk to the town square. Physically this property doesn't compare to others in Kokopelli's inventory. The add was misleading as to internet availability. Mostly there was no internet service and we had to go to Starbucks to log on. The add stated that internet service was available in the property clearly this was an example of false adveritising. The coffee filter hadn't been emptied and was full of mold. There is a somewhat hazardous stepup from the primary grade in the bathroom to the tub and comode which could cause a fall if one isn't careful.
