It's also located in the northern portion of the City, on the road to the Santa Fe ski area and one of the nation's top spa's, Ten Thousand Waves.

Upon entering the home, you'll find all of the Santa Fe touches making the unit welcoming: including Mexican tile, brick floors and a kiva wood-burning fireplace in the living room. The comforts of home include wireless internet, VCR, CD and DVD players. The bedroom provides a queen-sized bed, and an adjacent full bathroom with tub and shower. There is also a queen-sized sofa sleeper in the residence, furnished with a total guest count in-mind of 4. A shared washer and dryer is available for use with other units at the complex.

Two separate patios available off of the living room and dining area allow immediate access to the beautiful Santa Fe sun over 300 days a year. Enjoy the fountain, dining table for 4 and additional deck seating in both areas, while you wine and dine the night away in one of the most picturesque cities in the world, and certainly one of the most memorable.

Stayed for 5 days in March, 2012 We had never been to Santa Fe, so we did not know what to expect, but this house was amazing. The location is so close to the plaza that we walked there every day. The house was beautiful and had all the comforts of home, we cannot wait to take another trip and hopefully stay here again. We had no trouble with the Internet, but we did have to reset the router, turned it off, unplugged it for 10 sec. then reconnected and it worked the whole time. Our only problem was that there were many light bulbs burned out (over 4) so it was a bit dark, but we just opened the blinds. There was ample wood so we had a fire every night. The B.B.Q. Grill outside did a great job on the steaks we bought, and we ate outside on the patio. The bed was comfortable, and there was a great supply of pillows, linens for the pullout sofa, blankets, and even towels. This was a bargin compared to the cost of a hotel with the same comforts, instead of a room, we got a whole house. Thank you for making our first stay so nice in your beautiful city! A few issues did require our management. 1) The keys were not in the lock box upon arrival. A representative did come after I call the emergency number and provide the keys.2) The tub/shower drained slowly to the point that we had to wait 30 minutes between showers. This was resolved one day after we called.3) The wireless internet never worked. No solution was offered for assistance other than resetting which I had done prior to calling. The router indicated that there was no internet available. This required us to go to a local wifi hotspot to address a few business needs.We enjoyed the property overall, the location also. The issue was managing the problems.
