Legislative Stay A guest from Capitan, NM recommends this property. Stayed for 38 days in January, 2012 I stayed in Casita Romero for about 6 weeks, while I worked at the state legislature. It was a cute and comfortable. I found it had all the room, storage, and conveniences that I needed for an extended stay. A couple things needed repair while I was there, but I was never inconvenienced by it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it or stay there again, short term or long term. We have two girls ages 5 and 8 who slept on the pull-out sofa, which was fine for them (perhaps not ideal for an adult). The kitchen was a perk since we were able to eat some meals "at home" and avoid the expense of eating out. The casita was convenient to the Plaza and Railyard as well as grocery stores, etc. Overall a very positive experience. I was given the wrong key code for my casita creating a little anxiety Tracking down the property manager. The high speed Internet was not very high speed. Finally the walls a are little thin in the bedroom. Luckily people do not stay up late in Santa Fe. Overall a good property with a great kitchen and bathroom. Could be better A guest from Austin, TX does not recommend this property. Stayed for 1 days in September, 2011 The pull out sofa is horrible. My friend was unable to sleep on it at all and had to sleep with me. It does not seem to have a mattress. If it does it is insufficient. It would be nice if there were some basic supplies such as sugar and creamer in the kitchen. I would not recommend this property due to the high fees. The rent is fair but the fees are so high that it doubles the cost. For example $75 cleaning fee for one night is just silly! The place was cute and linens good. If it were not for the poor quality of the sofa and the exorbitant extra fees I would gladly stay there again and not hesitate to recommend it.
