Great gulf view from the lanai and a short walk to the blue-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Relax as you sit on your lanai with a tropical drink. This bright, 2nd floor condo has tile floors through-out, colorful decor with the colors and patterns of the island. Complete kitchen with breakfast bar and stools. It's vacation time so relax! Then take time to enjoy island activities; walk the beach, collect shells, do some biking, eat out (of course), visit Ding Darling Wildlife Preserve, take a fishing trip and generally have a grand vacation. Come back again, the view will wait for you!

Beds are Q, 2T, Q Sleeper sofa. Amenities include 3TVs including 1 flat screen, 1DVD.While there are no washer and dryer in the condo, there are laundry facilities on site. High Speed Wireless Access, heated condo pool, BBQs, elevators, covered parking. Maximum Occupancy 6. Non-Smoking.

ALL ONLINE reservations are based on a minimum booking of 7 nights Saturday to Saturday basis. If you are interested in arriving on a day other than Saturday or booking a 3 night stay where permitted, please call one of our travel consultants.

I love sanibel Edward H. from Levittown, PA recommends this property. Stayed for 30 days in January, 2013 On extremely short notice this was a very good rental unit. My husband is wheelchair bound, and the only issue was the bathroon facility. In future will try for a handicap bathroom. Elevator was convient and ocean view perfect, access to covered parking, and pool very convient for our needs. This was our 7th trip to Sanibel and will definately return again. We loved the area and will come back but not to B203. Sue C. from Perrysburg, OH does not recommend this property. Stayed for 28 days in February, 2012 The furniture was old, smelly and infested with MITES especially the couch. We have been bitten over a great area of our bodies and so were our guests. We left one week early to get away. I think Vacation Rentals truly owes us. I was treated for this and told about the mites but I waited too long or we would have left earlier. upon arrival we were given keys that did not work and with our groceries had to wait 45 min, for them to get to us with a key on Sunday. I will say the staff was very nice but 203 was old and DIRTY. There was female pad under our dresser, we had to ask for spoons,the cooking equiptment very poor with a plastic bowl that was cracked. All in all we were very disappointed in 302 but loved the pool, people and area. Our son had a beautiful place in another building that was CLEAN and kept up to date. Our unit was not worth $5700.00. IWe will go back there next year but I am not sure through vacation rentals unless we hear from you. Thank you. p.s. don't rent this unit out again without good inspection. I had some complaints when I checked in. 1-floor in whole unit was dirty, 2) A/C closet almost fell on my son(tried to fix it but couldn't) and 3) frige was missing a cabinet(cabinet not a big deal but did want to notify them) There was also lots of dust on a/c door and coming out the sides. The worst of all was the bed in Master. Its was horrible. My husband and I were faliing into the middle. The last nite I just slepted on sofa. We have NEVER had a problem with the beds and this was the 1st year I just wanted to get back home. Also, would have helped if there were curtains in 2nd bedroom. On the positve, maintenance had already fixed closet and said there were ordering fridge door before we got back to unit. Also the view was amazing and loved that we had a storage downstairs. We even left some stuff for the next guests or owners to enjoy. It is closer than I expected to beach and pool.
