Buy a week?s membership at the island?s Recreation Center and you can swim or use the weight room. ?Your condo was spectacular!" Top it off with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico, breathtaking sunsets and lush tropical landscaping all around you; perfect!

Beds are K, 2T, Q Sleeper sofa. Amenities include 3TVs, DVD player in the living room that is BluRay compatible. Coffeemaker (Krups) with thermal carafe, Calphalon pots and pans, and griddle for pancakes:) and electric tealight candles . Stereo, High Speed Wireless Access, washer and dryer; heated pool, tennis courts, shuffleboard, BBQs, beach chairs, plastic patio glasses, elevators, assigned parking. Maximum Occupancy 6. ALL ONLINE reservations are based on a minimum booking of 7 nights Saturday to Saturday basis. If you are interested in arriving on a day other than Saturday or booking a 3 night stay where permitted, please call one of our travel consultants. This is the 5th year my mother and I have spent Christmas on Sanibel. It's a great way to ring in the New Year. We've also visited in spring and summer. Of all the condos we've stayed in at Point Santo and Sanibel Inn, yours has the best kitchen by far. Sanibel is such a special place. Stayed for 7 days in March, 2013 I was inadvertantly sold travel insurance for apartment rental that I have not previously encountered. This was on an opt out basis - ie tick that box if you don't want insurance. I didnt but misread nd assumed I had to tick if I wanted it. despite two discussions with staff in the management company no one emailed me back despite the promising to do so on each occasion. Property Manager Response: Response from Sanibel Captiva Realty Group LLC It is true that if you click the box on the booking page it will add insurance. Beside the box the text reads Add travel insurance and underneath it explains what the travel insurance includes for our guests. Please always read the page carefully before submitting your reservation. While we are sorry that this guest was unhappy with our service this review is mostly untrue. We do have about 41 pages of emails between her and our reservation staff dating from October 22nd through November 15th. This guest was always responded to as promptly as possible. When the guest arrived they wanted to be refunded for the cost of the insurance which is a request that we are unable to accommodate. I have rented another condo in another location on Sanibel and it was old and rundown. The interior of this unit was beautiful and everything seemed brand new. Lots of great kitchen utensils and pots and everything you need. Lots of games to play, three tvs, lovely bathrooms...I really don't have anything bad to say about this place. It really is worth renting and made the perfect Christmas holiday for us. I would rent it again in a heartbeat.
