Exquisite! We truly had a wonderful stay! The condo was extremently clean and much larger than many we have stayed in over the years, and was decorated beautifully as well. Everything you need is there including 4 beach chairs and 2 lounges. The view was fantastic..every morning we had breakfast on the enclosed lanai, listened to the ocean and took in the view. We ate dinner at the Sanibel Fish house - great food and service. Ice Cream was best at Pinnochio's (huge portions for reasonable price) which is next to best gift shop that we found (The Sporty Seahorse) both near the lighthouse in the historic part of Sanibel. We also really enjoyed the hot dogs at Snappers, and Fish and Chips at the Mucky Duck (Captiva). We ventured off the island one day to see the Edison Ford Estate in Ft. the time. We spent our evenings forget a bucket as there are so many beautiful shells to collect. This was our 1st trip to Sanibel and won't be our we can rent this same unit again. Thanks! June 2012 *

The furniture is very new and nothing in the unit was tattered at all. Just lovely. The pictures tell the whole story. When you open the drapes tucked behind 6 large sliding class doors you will also be in awe of the view. Although the gulf is in the distance the setting is just gorgeous. Sanibel is a wonderful place to spend some time. A guest from Hackettstown, NJ does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in October, 2011 My experience was generally quite positive. Rental staff were a bit rigid about time of entry. We arrived about 1/2 hour early after a long travel day and were told to return at 3:00 PM.The furniture and electronics in the rental unit need some upgrading. The mattresses in the second bedroom should be replaced immediately. The sleeper sofa could be replaced as well along with the TV. Simple amenities mean a lot, like adequate pots/pans in the kitchen and a comfortable chair in the master bedroom... Caroline G. from Whiting, NJ does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in May, 2010 The condo itself was perfectly clean, comfortable, and convenient. However, during the booking process we were serioudly misinformed by both the Property Manager AND the Resort that 1) There was a den separated by a bifold door which could serve as a 3rd bedroom; and 2) that there would be no charge for using the tennis courts. We were lucky that the owner provided 2 Ammenity Access Cards with the rental. Otherwise it would have been a ripoff to buy these. We loved the Resort, but I wouldn't return there based on the misinformation and on the extra costs. Property Manager Response: Response from Sanibel and Captiva Accommodations This condo is a very beautiful unit, we have several properties that do have dens with bi-fold doors, but of all the condo's but unfortunately the condo that she was booked in did not provide a den. We do inform all the information that we are provided by Sundial regarding the Sundial Amenities to our guests both before we book and at the time of the reservation. Also when they arrive the packet that we provided each guest has this information also included. Sundial did not inform us that the tennis courts were excluded with their passes.
