This is an excellent choice for a couple or a small family with a great view and steps to the beach. Relax with a cool drink on the lanai, plan dinner at an island restaurant, take a beach walk and do some shelling, or just gaze at the fabulous blue water of the Gulf. You'll always remember this lovely and newly updated condo with art that highlights some of the local wildlife. Condo features a lighted breakfast bar as well as a screened lanai that opens to both the bedroom and the living room. This condo is located within a large complex but provides loads of privacy! 2nd floor, no view of parking, not facing other condos! This open and airy studio bedroom floor plan does include a folding bedroom door for privacy. You'll treasure the memories of your wonderful Sanibel vacation!

Beds are K, Q Sleeper sofa. Amenities include 1 flat screen TV, DVD and VCR. there is a folding door between the living room and bedroom for additional privacy. High Speed Wireless Access, heated pool by condo, laundry facilities on-site and 2 doors from the condo, BBQs, elevator. Maximum Occupancy 4, Non-Smoking.

ALL ONLINE reservations are based on a minimum booking of 7 nights Saturday to Saturday basis. If you are interested in arriving on a day other than Saturday or booking a 3 night stay where permitted, please call one of our travel consultants.

COMPANY WAS NOT HONEST WITH US Loren T G. from Oreana, IL does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in March, 2012 WE FEEL LIKE WE WERE LIED TO ABOUT THE DISTANCE TO THE BEACH FROM OUR CONDO. WE ARE SENIOR CITIZENS AND MY WIFE JUST HAD A KNEE REPLACEMANT 2MO AGO. WE ALSO HAD A VERY SMALL VIEW IN THE CORNER OF OUR LANI. THE COMPANY SAID WE COULD SEE THE OCEAN FROM OUR LANI. THEY SAID WE WERE ONLY ONE BUILDING AWAY FROM THE BEACH. IT WAS AT LEAST 3 OR 4 BUILDINGS AWAY. THEY ALSO SAID WE COULDN'T HAVE OUR DEPOSIT FOR DAMAGES FOR 50.00. WE LEFT OUR CONDO IN PERFECT CONDITION.... OTHERWISE THE PLACE WAS VERY NICE, EXCEPT FOR THE PRICE WE PAID, I THINK WE SHOULD HAVE HAD MORE WASH CLOTHS... WE HAD 2 EACH FOR THE WHOLE WEEK..I USE A CLEAN ONE EVERY DAY AT HOME AND WE WERE NOT TOLD ABOUT THE PULL CURTAIN TO THE BEDROOM, IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO PULL ALL THE WAY, WHEN ONE OF US WENT TO BED AND THE OTHER WATCHED TV. WE WILL NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN IN THE FUTURE. WE FELT LIKE WE WEREN'T TOLD THE TRUTH AND IT WAS WAY TOO EXPENSIVE FOR A ONE BEDROOM CONDO. Property Manager Response: Response from Sanibel Captiva Realty Group LLC We're sorry that these guests were not happy. The $50 was not a refundable deposit. It was a fee and it cannot be returned. The condo is located on the beach side of the street. The shortest route to the beach is across the garden/courtyard and past one building. Perhaps this guest did not feel comfortable walking in grass and wanted to use a paved route. We will check the folding door to make sure that it does close completely. This property is priced in line with other 1 bedroom properties on Sanibel. This guest visited the island during the busiest month of the year and prices reflect the demand for condos. Stayed for 7 days in March, 2011 We had a great week in Sanibel... in part due to the location of this condo.... easy walk to beach, property grills, right across from the tennis courts, and just out the drive is the wonderful bike/ped paths that run throughout the island... only drawback was there is no storage for bi!cycles..had to put them back incar each time ...but... that is a minor detail!
