Way above expectations! Excellent! ER, May 2013 Beds are K, Q Sleeper sofa.Beach chairs, beach towels, pool and beach toys, cooler, and boogie board are provided. All you need to bring is your swimsuit! Amenities include 2 TVs (1 flat screen), 1DVD, heated pool by condo, BBQs,washer/dryer, elevators, assigned parking. Maximum Occupancy 4. Non-Smoking.

ALL ONLINE reservations are based on a minimum booking of 7 nights Saturday to Saturday basis. If you are interested in arriving on a day other than Saturday or booking a 3 night stay where permitted, please call one of our travel consultants.

C307 Sundial A guest from White Plains, NY does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in March, 2013 The location was great and the property management people were excellent. The condo, however, could use a little attention. The couch cushions constantly slipped out, the pictures were sun faded and some had mold, and the entertainment center was peeling. It was just a little shabby. It was also a little noisy because the upstairs had tile on the floor, so you could hear every footstep and chair scrape. The garbage disposal leaked (reported to managment company and they dealt with it quickly) and the bathroom sink was slow to drain (also called in and they managed it quickly). So: high marks for location and management company and so-so marks for the condo itself. Property Manager Response: Response from Sanibel Captiva Realty Group LLC Thank you for your comments. Sanibel - Sundial C307 Tracey R. from Bellbrook, OH recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in April, 2012 We had a nice vacation in Sanibel. We could see and hear the ocean from our condo. The furniture was nice and what you'd expect in a rental condo. The countertop was corian and very nice. The floor was tile, and we made it very sandy from the beach! I would love if the bathroom had better quality sink and shower, it was a little dated, but it was clean. Overall, an awesome vacation!
