Sanibel Spring Break Carl E. from Amboy, IN does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in February, 2013 Had a cockroach in the bathroom when we arrived. The carpet was wet (I'm sure from shampooing). No cable TV in one of the bedrooms and it advertised for all rooms. Condo was very dated. During our peak season sometimes the carpets will need a shampoo between renters, since we do not have much time the carpets may still be slightly damp on check-in. Pointe Santo does have a pest control contract, please feel free to give us a call and we would be happy to help you get rid of any unwelcome pests! However the unit D23 was old and outdated. The bathroom and kitchen needed upgrading . All the mattresses were old , run down and uncomfortable. This condo was very comfortable, it served our purpose of being there! It needs a little updating in the kitchen but the appliances worked. I would like to see more cooking/baking pots and pans.
