Our Seaview Suite is a combination of a Standard and Deluxe Suite with an adjoining door. This unit is perfect for a small family or two couples that want to be close but still have their "own space." The Suite has two queen size beds and a queen sleeper sofa. It offers two baths and a kitchen and kitchenette.The Suite is located in building "D" and is situated on the first floor of the building. It offers a great view of the pool and bar area plus in just a few short steps you are on the beach. You can also enjoy the morning sunrise as you sit on the spacious veranda drinking your morning coffee and contemplating the day?s activities.This Suite features two TV?s and two air-conditioning units that will keep you cool on those warm Belizean nights.

Major Deficiencies A guest from Dallas, Texas recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in December, 2010 We rented this unit and #19 which was superior in every way. The Seaview Suite had cockroaches, mosquitos, inadequate hot water, and a poorly equipped kitchen, among other problems.Belize is a difficult place to visit in general. We suggest that you instead visit Play del Carmen, Mexico, and dive or snorkel in Cozumel. The entire property was well maintained. The location of the property was South of San Pedro about 2.5 miles. This condo is close enough to town but far enough away from the noise. Travel is by golf cart or taxi's. We chose renting a golf cart and had a great time! There are a number of restaurants in San Pedro. We had a great meal at all the restaurants we tried. The people are so friendly and helpful. The property manager was very knowledgable and helpful during the planning stages of our trip and also when we were in Belize. We took their advice on a number of things and our trip was much smoother than others we talked with while we were there. We are planning to go back! La Isla Bonita - Now I Get It, Madonna! Andrea R. from San Diego, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in August, 2010 Went to Belize with the b/f and some friends for 8 days and stayed in the Seaview Suite at Caribe Island and we couldn't have been happier!! We were originally planning on staying at a resort with a restaurant and bar, but we are SO glad we didn't! A/C in the house, pool and beach at our doorstep, beach volleyball court out the window, and everything was clean to boot! It's a bit far from town, but not more than a 15-20 minute bike ride. Honestly, I wouldn't have changed that at all - we went into town a few times but the "nightclubs" weren't exactly the most happening places... ALTHOUGH - definitely get some street tacos...street meat = amazing.We got the place at an incredible price and got to do some excursions because of that! Instead of paying for overpriced meals at a resort, we cooked most meals in our fully-equipped kitchen and hung out in what basically turned out to be a private pool. The community is small, but everyone we met was super nice. The property manager, Eric, and his wife, Ana, were SO helpful. There is a tour company called "Suya Tours" right next door and Carlos is the man - be SURE to check them out. If nothing else, you MUST do the snorkeling/beach bbq trip. Look, I've been snorkeling plenty of times - but THIS was in-friggin-credible. We watched our guide spear-hunt fish and lobster while we snorkeled. Seriously unbelievable.This is a gorgeous and affordable vacation spot to unplug in a tropical setting, with anything you need just at your fingertips.
