The fridge was not clean. All linens needed to be cleaned as it was really dirty, same for pillows. No cleaning service provided. The shower tap needs to be cleaned. There was no enough bedsheets to be changed within the 10 days -only 1 set for 2 beds. No laundry service. No bar/restaurant service in the condo. The neighbored beach was very dirty. The unit 27 although not an ocean front was quiet and suited us perfectly. Our only complaint was with the bed - quite firm. We met some wonderful fellow vacationers, enjoyed the pool and the spacious palapa for meals, Larry and Gail's game nights, and a cool place to spend out of the sun. Wireless was available in the unit, but was slow and sometimes unavailable once you did get a signal(usually had to go to the palapa). Snorkeling at Hol Chan was amazing. Overall a great holiday.
