Stayed for 4 days in April, 2013 Esta bien, por el precio no se puede esperar mucho, las habitaciones en buen estado, las personas del hotel ausentes, no hay alguien que permanezca ahi todo el tiempo, el internet bien, la habitacion muy comoda pero sin escape para el olor de comidas (por lo que tiene cocina dentro del cuarto). Deceptive advertising, Condo was extremely small Reviewed by: Tom E. does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in March, 2012 I've filed a complaint with the Belize Toruism Board (BTB) and the Tourism Police for a theft that occured in unit 19. I was unaware of the theft until I was moved from unit 19 to unite #2. The Management company (Eric) did not take the theft seriously until I brought the Police onto the property. I terminated my stay four days early because of this, and moved to another complex. I've sent a request to Mark for a refund of two days in # 19 for the AC breaking down, while I waited for repairmen, and four days in #2 for leaving early. I'm expecting a prompt response from RHH regarding a refund. My vacation turned into a disaster by your deceptive renting techniques. The pictures, I received were not what I rented, I had no idea I'd have to step over the bed to enter the condo. It was smaller than I was led to believe. Stayed for 11 days in December, 2011 My girlfriend and I stayed at the Caribe Island Condos which was managed by Erik and Ana. We found that from the min we booked, both of them had made sure we were taken care of. This included a plan ticket from Belize City, a Car pick up and drop off, and anything else we needed. The location was great, we had bicycles, a lovely pool and neighbors. The studio unit was small, but that suited us fine. My only complaint was that the privacy was limited due to it being on the 1st floor, and sheers being used instead of blinds.
