This stylish turnkey Villa is nestled in the foothills above San Juan del Sur, perfectly situated to capture the panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and surrounding canopy. We are located only 1 mile from the town and and main beach in San Juan del Sur. We provide free transportation back and forth between the town and main beach every hour from 7am to 6pm. Also included in your rental is access to all the amenities of the resort including restaurant & bar, yoga deck, ocean view pool and a concierge staff ready to book an array of activities, beach trips or tours for you and your family.

The two-story ocean view villa includes two bedrooms with a queen bed in each room, two full bathrooms, a kitchen stocked with appliances and basic cooking utensils, living room, dining area, security cabinet and outdoor porch with air-conditioning and free wireless wifi. The villa offers beautiful colonial tile flooring throughout with classic wooden detailing. The rich landscaping complements the natural surroundings and architecture of the development. The are paved roads to our property and there are ample parking areas on the premises with 24 hour security.
