Casa Oceano is a beautiful home located in the luxury golf community of Palmilla, in San Jose del Cabo, Baja Mexico. Situated on the Jack Nicklaus Ocean Nine, Casa Oceano offers a spectacular view of the 5th fairway from the great room, kitchen, terrace area and master suite (which also steps right out onto the pool deck).The pool area at Casa Oceano features a BBQ, a Palapa covered dining area, lounge seating and of course a beautiful pool to have a refreshing dip in.

Casa Oceano features four professionally furnished bedrooms. Two bedrooms are located in the main house and the stand alone Casita hosting the third and fourth rooms. The spacious kitchen features top of the line professional appliances and a sit up bar. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, then the living area and a wet bar.

This home is centrally located and a quick 5 minute drive into San Jose del Cabo and you have access to all the dining, shopping and sightseeing that you wish for. Two minutes in the other direction you have The Shoppes of Palmilla, the Palmilla Golf Course and the One and Only Palmilla Hotel. A short 5 minute walk will take you to Palmilla Beach, where you can snorkel, lounge out or rent Stand Up Paddle Boards. Just down the street from Casa Oceano and within walking distance are three of Cabos famed surf breaks, Acapulquito, The Rock and Zippers. The Los Cabos international airport (SJD) is 20 minutes away.
