RESTAURANT:
Three times a week at dinner – on Saturday, Tuesday and Friday – starting our Restaurant is open for the Guests who can enjoy our home made dishes from the most typical Tuscan tradition the patio (in the garden) or in the cellar.
BREAKFAST:
For breakfast in the apartment we offer the possibility to book in advance a breakfast basket with basic items which include instant coffee, tea bags, a portion of marmalade, a portion of honey, a portion of nutella, biscuits, half litre of milk, sugar.
When requested, guests may arrange in advance for the basket to be delivered to the apartment. The price is 7 euros per person.
ACCESS: 2 km of dirt track road.

PAYMENTS RENTAL VOUCHER


Once the booking request is received, EASY RESERVE will send the holiday-renters a link to a web page where they can pay the 40% deposit plus the booking fee online with either a Visa or Mastercard. If the holiday-renter prefers to pay the deposit over the phone that is not a problem either. The balance is due 45 days before arrival and can also be paid online or over the phone.


Upon receiving the full balance the holiday-maker will be sent his/her rental voucher. For bookings made less than 45 days prior to the start of the rental period, the holiday-maker must immediately pay the total amount of the rental price.


ALTERATIONS - CANCELLATION CHARGES


For any alteration to the booking, or if the holiday-maker intends to transfer his/her booking to other persons, on condition that the accommodation and the period do not change, the holiday-maker has to pay the amount: of 50 Euros.
EASY RESERVE reserves the right to charge the holiday-maker any additional cost relative to the booking.

Cancellation of a booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties must be paid:

40% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from the booking time to 46 days before the start of the rental period,

100% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to the day of arrival or in the case of no show, IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER ADDITIONAL CHARGES SUCH AS THE BOOKING FEE.
