Mimosa is a very nice and cozy apartment (37 sqm) on the ground floor of the main villa, with a private entrance.
It is comprised of a double bedroom (with king size bed), bathroom (with shower stall) and kitchen / living room with direct access to the private garden and pergola (with outdoor dining area).
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots and pans, a dishwasher, microwave with grill, blender, toaster, and coffee maker.
Mimosa is perfect for two, but the sofa bed in the living room can sleep one person.

Overall Property Description:
It was the common passion for wine and olive oil that persuaded our families about 25 years ago to join together to create a farm that today is called Fattoria di Raccianello.

10 hectares in the enchanted landscape of San Gimignano, where for a long time Vernaccia, Chianti Colli Senesi, Grappa, olive oil and Vinsanto have been produced and continue to be produced.

In 2004 the founders decided to open the villa and two annexed buildings to the Agriturismo, entrusting the two factotum Mauro and Chiara with its management and the reception of the guest. They look after the magnificent garden and become immediately friends with the guests, while having a drink in the wine cellar or while chatting at the beautiful pool with view over the towers of San Gimignano.

At guests' disposal:
Jacuzzi near the pool (4 places 2mx1,84m deep 76 cm).
At the disposal of our little guests there’s a nice, well equipped and fenced children’s playground.
Baby bed available free of charge.
Distances:
San Gimignano is only 4 km far and the nearest restaurant is 800 m far.

PAYMENTS RENTAL VOUCHER


Once the booking request is received, EASY RESERVE will send the holiday-renters a link to a web page where they can pay the 40% deposit plus the booking fee online with either a Visa or Mastercard. If the holiday-renter prefers to pay the deposit over the phone that is not a problem either. The balance is due 45 days before arrival and can also be paid online or over the phone.


Upon receiving the full balance the holiday-maker will be sent his/her rental voucher. For bookings made less than 45 days prior to the start of the rental period, the holiday-maker must immediately pay the total amount of the rental price.


ALTERATIONS - CANCELLATION CHARGES


For any alteration to the booking, or if the holiday-maker intends to transfer his/her booking to other persons, on condition that the accommodation and the period do not change, the holiday-maker has to pay the amount: of 50 Euros.
EASY RESERVE reserves the right to charge the holiday-maker any additional cost relative to the booking.

Cancellation of a booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties must be paid:

40% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from the booking time to 46 days before the start of the rental period,

100% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to the day of arrival or in the case of no show, IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER ADDITIONAL CHARGES SUCH AS THE BOOKING FEE.
