Superbly decorated vacation rental in 8 unit ocean front complex. Very nice in and out. Complex is beach front, this unit is a rear unit with limited views. Price reflects this...but you literally walk out the front door, turn right and the ocean is RIGHT THERE in all it's glory!! There is a patio ON THE BOARDWALK that is shared with Breakers B with gas grill and table/chairs. Wood floor in living room, tile in kitchen, Corian counter tops, dishwasher AND washer/dryer!! Queen bed in master bedroom. Second bedroom has DOUBLE OVER DOUBLE bunks so two people can sleep on each bed if necessary. New couch in living room. Semi private non-contiguous patio lets you BBQ right on the Boardwalk. Great for people watching or looking for the illusive green flash at sunset. Unit has 1 reserved parking spot (a SMALL garage), with some open parking spots that are first come...first serve. This vacation rental can be rented along with Ocean Front Breakers Unit 'B' 'C' or 'D' for larger parties, or for families who want to vacation together, but not necessarily in the same unit.
