La Casa De La Playa #1 is a charming, spacious one bedroom BEACH FRONT condo located on Ocean Front Walk in Mission Beach, just north of San Diego's famous Giant Dipper roller coaster. The only thing separating you from the beach is the boardwalk! This ocean front property is a ground floor unit with an elevated kitchen and dining area with beautiful views of the ocean. There is a patio ON THE BOARDWALK with a gas grill, table, and chairs. There is tile all throughout the unit and it comes with a dishwasher and stackable washer/dryer. This condo will sleep four people with a queen size bed in the master bedroom and a full size sofa sleeper in the living room. Did we mention that the master bedroom is ocean front with sweeping ocean views?! The bedroom also has a large TV,DVD player, and two closets. Unit has 1 reserved parking spot (a SMALL, shared garage). This vacation rental can also be rented in conjunction with La Casa De La Playa #2 in case another family or more friends want to come along and play in the sand! La Casa De La Playa #2 is a two bedroom/two bathroom condo on the second floor of the building.
