One of the charming villas in Chianti region. Nice farmhouse completely restored situated in quiet and panoramic location affording extensive views over the Chianti Classico hills. The villa comprises 3 spacious and comfortable apartments offering tastefully decorated interiors. One of the apartment is occupied by the owners.
Distances: the small town of San Casciano, in the heart of Chianti region, with all kinds of shops 1 km, Florence 20 km, Siena approx. 60 km.
At guests’ disposal: furnished garden, swimming pool (12 x 6 m – maximum depth 1,8 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09) to be shared with the owners, shared barbecue. Iron available. The access to the villa is via an unpaved but well-maintained road. Parking within the grounds. Small pets are allowed. All of the windows are provided with mosquito nets.
Extra services:Maid service available by arrangement € 10,- / per hour (to be paid locally). Extra bed available on demand (€ 62,- / per week, payment on the spot). Baby bed available free of charge.
