sufficient 8 of us from florida, Stayed for 0 days in June, 2012 decent price, needs some repairs and updating. holes in the wall and a washer that gets stuck on the soaking part of the cycle, that was annoying. but other than that, it worked... has wireless but couldnt get the password. |

Relatively inexpensive, convenient to ski locations Joel from Metro West - Boston area, Stayed for 0 days in March, 2011 Great location just off Wasatch Blvd about halfway between entrances to Big and Little Cottonwood canyons. Utah Vacations was very friendly and helped with discounts on lift tickets and car rental. Extra beds downstairs add to the cost effectiveness. Comfortably furnished but not high end. Only drawbacks were foosball table was broken, pool table is bumper not real deal, and kitchen table only seats six, but can also use top of bumper pool table (seats 4). |

I would come back again! Jerry L from Houston, TX, Stayed for 0 days in February, 2011 The Wasatch at Oaks condos are in a terrific location for access to the little and big cottonwood canyon resorts. Park City is not far away either, and we even made a trip up to Snowbasin one day. The condo was clean with comfortable furniture. This set up of the basement was ideal for a family with young children. The parents could stay on one side of the partition while the kids were on the other. The kitchen the dining room were the main hangout areas and were certainly large enough to accomodate everyone. |

I have stayed at different Oaks properties because of the great location and I would rate this one as average. The hot tub did not hot and the condo had zero condiments. The price was right except for the cleaning fee. |

COULD ACTAULLY RELAX WITH THE KIDS JERSEY GROUP from NEW JERSEY, Stayed for 0 days in February, 2010 I LOVED OUR VACATION. WHEN TRAVELING WITH A BIG GROUP AM ALWAYS WORRIED ABOUT WHAT IS GOING TO GET BROKEN. I FELT RIGHT AT HOME IN THIS VERY CASUAL ATMOSPHERE. VERY CENTRALLY LOCATED TO ALL RESORTS AND OTHER AMENITIES. Good accomodations, good location Dan from Richmond, VA, Stayed for 0 days in December, 2009 Everything was pretty much as described. Easy to get into when we arrived with the code. Proximity to Snowbird & Alta was good. They really need to do something about the hot water, like get a bigger hot water heater and turn up the temperature. If two people take a quick shower, that's all you're going to get for another couple of hours. If they are going advertise that it sleeps 12 people or so, the hot water just isn't good enough. And, we all know how important that can be is after a long day on the slopes. Also had a little trouble with the temperature on the hot tub. |

nice home, but very dirty Anne Rekeda from Pittsfield, MA, Stayed for 0 days in February, 2009 I rented this house with another family for our ski vacation. It was very close to ski areas, which we like. It had sleeping room for 12, but not eating space. Which wasn't a big deal to us. The biggest problem was that it was very dirty. The floors, rugs, bathrooms etc. The rugs needed to be cleaned very badly. No furniture except bed and broken dresser in one bedroom. Big closet though! |

Plenty of room for our 2 large families, comfortable and easy to spread out. The hot tub was great and the location convenient. No complaints, would definately stay again. Bring your own hair dryer....there is not one in the unit. |
