Great location Margaret West from Page, AZ, Stayed for 0 days in February, 2012 Self check-in was easy. The home was well stocked with amenities. It was nice to have a garage, although large vehicles or pick-ups would be unable to pull-in, but there was enough guest parking. The location was ideal for skiers, although we were there as exhibitors at the South Town Center, and that was cleose enough too. Shopping in the area for groceries, etc. was abundant. The unit has a lot of stairs, but we all appreciate the built-in fitness routine they provided. |

Dec skiing 2011 Mark from Annandale, NJ, Stayed for 0 days in December, 2011 Rented unit for 2 families, 4 adults and 4 kids in total, Dec vacation week. Service from Utah Vacation Homes was great. Very efficient. Rented SUV through them as well. We were allowed to check in early which was very helpful. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommend them. Location of this particular unit is great, next to our favorite ski shop (Lifthouse Sports), 5 - 10 minutes from food shopping, and 1/2 hour to any of the 4 cottonwood canyon ski resorts (Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, Solitude). Unit was a good choice for our large group. The layout is good, and there is lots of space. The kids loved the hot tub. The 2 car garage was convenient, though very narrow for our Suvs. Had to fold the mirrors to get them in safely. 2 kitchen tables (1 in kitchen and 1 in dining room) provided lots of room and flexibility. It could use some upgrades. The kitchen needs more pots and pans and covers if you like to cook, as we do. What was provided was minimal. There were several meals where we needed another pot or cover. 1 cutting board was also not sufficient. Serving pieces and cutlery, dishes, etc, were fine. The old green carpet throughout the unit should be replaced. The washing machine is so loud that it is hard to believe. A newer quieter machine would make the kitchen bearable when people are washing clothes. The beds are way too soft. Needs mattress replacements. The floors was not very clean when we arrived; they needed a good sweeping/vacuuming. There some towels still in the dirty bins. We washed them ourselves. Overall, a nice stay, but some upgrades are in order. |

Great place and great for a small crowd of skiers Mom Bedigs from Massachusetts, Stayed for 0 days in February, 2011 Overall, we enjoyed the condo. Having an eat in kitchen and a dinning area was great, Couches were comfy. Plenty of beds and baths. Only two issues, the living room was chilly even with the gas fireplace, and the kitchen had odd sized cooking pots (very large or very small) and no functioning can or bottle opener. We had to go purchase our own can opener and borrow a 2 qt. pot for cooking. We would definitely rent this unit again. |

Great Place! Ski Crew from Denver, Colorado, Stayed for 0 days in January, 2010 The service was great from UVH. They were promt to help and fulfilled all the commitments. Check in and out was easy. The home was clean, comfortable and functional. We would stay there again. The home is close to things that you need such as food, medical service etc. It also had easy access to the slopes. |
