Great location, second to none for skiing, but the unit was not Steve from Stony Plain, Stayed for 0 days in April, 2012 This review only pertains to unit F4. We loved the overall location. Less than 30 minutes to Brighton, Solitude, Alta and Snowbird and only 15 or so to downtown SLC. Groceries close by. However, we will not stay in F4 again. In a word, F4 is run down. The worst was the ancient beds. I get that you don't have to remodel every few years, but when your bed is falling apart and uncomfortable, your toilet requires you to hold the lever until 'all' is gone and the windows (and screens) won't open and shut properly...please let the landlord know and see if he'll put some of our rent to a repair, replace and maintain fund. |

Great Location, But the Place Could Use Some Upgrades mslf500 from Richmond, VA, Stayed for 0 days in March, 2012 I've stayed at four different Canyon Racket Club condos in the last 5 years. You can't beat the location to the slopes. I saw earlier reviews where one poster said there weren't enough glasses to use. It was over a year ago so I assumed a caring owner would look into it. It was a wrong assumption. This place could use some TLC and some improvements in furnishings department. The "gourmet kitchen" is pretty spartan. There were 6 tea size glasses and 4 wine glasses. Inasmuch as there were only four of us, we could almost make it work if we washed dishes after every meal. We sent a message to the PM and they delivered more glasses the night before we left. There is no ice-maker in the freezer. It had been removed. Let's face it, breaking open an ice tray is no big deal, but for $400/night, you expect certain things to be there. We cooked spaghetti for two meals. We had to cook the meal in "shifts" as there weren't enough large pots and pans to cook it in the same pan. Other than the cutting board built into the cabinet, there wasn't a cutting board to protect the counter. I had the upstairs master bedroom. There were wall outlets and wires falling out of the wall boxes. The pluses: The place was spotlessly clean, but it, as another poster noted, has dated finishes and furniture. Basically, we just slept there and enjoyed the hot tub, but for the same nightly rate in the same project, there are nicer places. The WiFi worked great and we had four laptops tied into it at the same time. We love the location, but will probably reserve our other favorite next time. (It was booked this time.) |

Great layout, great location to the slopes and comfortable ameni MKB from Massachusetts, Stayed for 0 days in March, 2012 We have stayed at the Canyon Raquet Club on two other vacations and this unit was by far the most comfortable layout. We had 8 people in our party. The only drawbacks were too few forks (only 6 in a place that sleeps 9!) and too few glasses. Again, only 6 glasses for 8 people. |

Spacious but slightly outdated. Utah_visitor from Maryland, Stayed for 0 days in January, 2012 This place was a wonderful size for our 2 families with small kids. There was space for them to run around, there were plenty of bedrooms and one family could have each floor. The kitchen was very big and overall everything was fine. The only downsides were that some of the pots and pans were not in great shape, and the decor of the house was slightly outdated. Everything was very clean, though, and the home was in a perfect location. |

excellent location gregg from malta ny, Stayed for 0 days in February, 2011 this was a great location for 7 of us to stay for skiing at big and little cottonwood resorts (30 minutes) and park city (60 minutes). great facilities, everything clean and all the arrangements done well. convenient access to commercial area along ft union too. only quibble was the snow removal, while thorough, was done very early (about 4:30am one morning) with a noisy small tractor. |

As expected lodging Ski from Kansas City, Stayed for 0 days in February, 2011 Clean, no frills lodging with a nice hot tub. The only negative is the kitchen supplies including pots, tools, etc were a little lacking. |

Good Cottonwood Access Utah Skier from Tri Cities WA, Stayed for 0 days in April, 2010 This property offers easy access to Snowbird/Alta or Solitude/Brighton. Just a block from Big Cottonwood Canyon road. Lots of room: 1 master suite with bath and attached "child" bedroom upstairs. Two double bedded bedrooms on kitchen level and another 2 single bed room, and full bath. On lower (garage) level is another full bath and laundry area:opens into garage. Two car garage. Hot Tub. Plus: easy access(except a bit scary from full stop access on to high speed Wasatch Blvd traffic) // internet wireless access // plenty room // hot tub // full kitchen // excellent booking/paying/reservation/SuperPass service! Minus: Over all "tired" i.e. worn surfaces/carpet/especially kitchen cabinets and utensils /beat up front door // does not live up to the cachet of the marketing |

Wasn't great Susan from Savannah, GA, Stayed for 0 days in January, 2010 We have enjoyed staying at the Canyon Racquet Club condos before, but found things have changed. The kitchen was not set up well, no basics like dish liquid, measuring cup, knives that would slice. Our daughter was locked in the bathroom because the handle doesn't function. The overall condo was musty, dusty and ill-kept. One must also vacuum behind, under and around the furniture. The bathrooms all had a uniform level of crud-------but you get the picture. |

Good Value on a Good Place tkshores from Austin, Texas, Stayed for 0 days in January, 2010 The condo was clean, easy to get into, had a garage and well stocked. It's not a luxury place, but it's nice and definitely a good value. I'd recommend it for families or a group of guys taking a ski trip! |
