Great Location, average place. Loves vacation from The Woodlands, Texas, Stayed for 0 days in December, 2012 Great location for skiing in Big and Little Cottonwood Canyon! Also good for accessing stores etc. Beds were comfy except for bunk beds that were so squeaky! Some sheets were dirty when we arrived discovered when climbing in bed at midnight. Hot water had issues too hot or not hot. Hot tub only partially worked. No boot racks or warmers in garage, like most ski rentals have. Really only 2 baths because the basement bath is not very nice and freezing! Not one rug near a door in the entire place for messy boots, coming in from hot tub etc.. Floors got very dirty fast. Very dark in there, more lights would be nice. Fireplace was nice. Main Floor bedrooms had a cat pee oder that seemed to increase while we were there. Overall we had a fine vacation because it snowed like crazy and skiing was great. Probably would pick a different place next time. |

Close to slopes! Ryan from Boston, Stayed for 0 days in December, 2012 This was a quiet, nicely furnished condo that was close to Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. There are two main living floors. The bottom floor is the garage, bath, and a washer/dryer-nice to have! The mid floor had three bedrooms, main living area, kitchen, and one bath. The top floor was the master with a large bath and closet. It was a little cramped for bathroom space as the main bath services three bedrooms. The living room was nice with a large TV and fireplace. It would have been nice to have a TV in the other bedrooms besides the master. The kitchen was very clean and stocked with new equipment. It could use a few more utensils, wine glasses, and a better toaster. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. We could not get the Wifi to work, could have been user error. We tried to call the office, but in the end just put the computer away. A nice break! |

Very clean and comfortable, had everything we needed. Gianna from Los Angeles, Stayed for 0 days in May, 2011 We stayed here with some friends for a wedding and it was perfect for us. Check in/out was so easy and we found the place very neat and clean when we arrived. We loved having all the extra bedding available to us as well. The only reason we gave 4 stars on service was that when we arrived there was only one garage door opener, yet there were two separate garage doors. Therefore, we were unable to open the 2nd garage door from the outside. We called and left a message with the management that day (Friday afternoon) but did not get a return call or email. So, we had to deal with the one remote for the 6 of us (and 3 cars on different schedules) for the weekend. Otherwise, it was a perfect place to stay and we would stay there again. |

Lots of room & very comfortable! At Home in SLC from Phoenix Arizona, Stayed for 0 days in April, 2010 We enjoyed our stay in this unit very much. It was clean with nice carpet & fresh paint. Plenty of room for our family of 7. We were able to settle in right away. Very nice that there were large wide screen televisions. Now a days there's nothing worse than gathering around the old standard televisions to watch a movie together. No HD service though. I felt we paid more than enough to warrant having HD television. Free wireless Internet access was a plus & a must! We were able to ski Snowbird & it was perfectly close. The complex was quiet as well. Kids enjoyed the hottub. Please cut back the tree branches over the deck. Messy droppings & just too low and in the way. One other small thing, we would have preferred to have used the other garage door away from garage entry door. We were nearly parked up against the wall in front of the door. Overall, a great place to stay. |
