The property was sufficient although there were a few issues. Not applicable from New York, NY, Stayed for 0 days in February, 2012 The house sat 7 of us comfortably in the living room and kitchen and the place was very clean. A few issues we had were: 1. You can hear everything the homeowners are doing upstairs including voices. We wanted to sleep in on Sat but couldn't because they were up early. 2. Shower does not have a pressure balance so when the homeowner flushes the toilet the showers turns cold for a good minute. 3.Very drafty and cold. 4.Heater is incredibly loud near one of the bedrooms and turns on frequently because of the draftiness. |

Great place - has all you need - but walls are very thin. Holley-frequent traveller from Tampa, Stayed for 0 days in April, 2011 Three of us stayed at this great little place, full kitchen, full living room, plenty of places to sleep. Private garage, swimming pool and best of all your own private hot tub!!! Great location and very comfortable. It isn't the best place if you want a lot of privacy because the walls are very thin and you can hear conversations from room to room. We didn't find that much of a problem but it is something to think about. The kitchen was great to have with a full size refrigerator, stovetop and oven. Only problem we had was that most of the pots and pans were old and yucky. I spoke to the owner about it and said he wasn't aware and would fix it. Very nice folks and very fun ski vacation!!! |

Great Location, Bedrooms Lacking bostonskiier from Boston, MA, Stayed for 0 days in January, 2011 This rental was spacious and incredibly convenient to alta/Snowbird as well as several restaurants and stores. The living room and kitchen areas were clean, comfortable, and spacious, and we enjoyed the gas stove and the hot tub. The biggest complaints were with the bedrooms, which were small and equipped with sagging, uncomfortable beds in strange configurations. While we appreciated the number of sleep spaces, it didn't quite make sense for the "master" bedroom to have a queen bed as well as a twin. Bathrooms were clean but a little old. Washer/dryer was a big plus. The home's location on the corner of a busy intersection made it somewhat difficult to pull out of the driveway but it wasn't a huge hassle. |

A great, cozy, place to stay Christine from PA, Stayed for 0 days in January, 2011 We really enjoyed our stay here. It's location is great-between both canyons and the grocery store, and has enough room to just hang out with family and friends. Thanks for making our stay enjoyable-we will definitely be back. |

My review scott1965 from Honolulu, Hawaii, Stayed for 0 days in March, 2009 Nice place, good amenities, nice big screen t.v., AWESOME jaccuzzi, nice and helpful owner... Only downfall is that it is right on a busy corner, which you have to turn right, and then back up the driveway. Very dangerous as people whip around the corner fast, and it is a busy corner. Added with the fact that it is winter time with sometimes icy roads, it is a potential hazard. BIG plus is the fact that it is 1 block from a shopping center with Smiths, and some other great shops.... Hope this helps!!! Aloha - Scott - |

Great Place in Utah Nick et al from Florida, Stayed for 0 days in January, 2009 We hada great time especially after a day on the slopes. The TV and the wireless access were useful. We did a bit of cooking and food all the applicanes in place. Clean and worth the effort. Close to the slopes and glad it had a garage for the (helped keep the car warm when we took off in the morning and avoided unnecessary frost on the glass.) Would rent again nad bring more friends. |
