Separate lakeshore sauna building (18m²) with sauna (wood-burning stove), washroom (hot water cauldron), room with fireplace (metal fireplace) and roofed terrace. Sauna has electric light and electric heating as well as a fridge. Lakeshore sauna in use only between 1.6.-30.9.each year. High quality complex of several buildings in splendid location at end of its own promontory (1 ha), surrounded by lake scenery. Shallow sandy shore suitable for children. Two boat jetties, accessible to larger boats as well. Räisälä boat slipway 2 km. Good fishing opportunities on Lake Kemijärvi, fishing permits can be bought from a cafe nearby.
4-stroke outboard motor (4 hp), snowmobile and ATV/quad bike available by arrangement with owner.
