Da das Grundstück naturbelassen ist, mit hohem Gras und Bepflanzung, eignet es sich nicht für Ballspiele oder ähnliche Aktivitäten. Das Haus verfügt über vier Schlafzimmer, jeweils mit Doppelbetten und einen Hems mit vier weiteren Schlafplätzen. Die Einrichtung bietet u.a. Holzofen, Flachbildschirm-TV mit deutschen und dänischen Sendern, Stereoanlage mit CD-Spieler, DVD-Spieler und PlayStation. Das eine Bad bietet einen 2-Personen Whirlpool und eine Sauna für sechs Personen. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind ebenso im Haus vorhanden, wie Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle und Ceranfeldherd. Es gibt je eine offene und eine überdachte Terrasse von ca. 30 m2. Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Ferienhausgebiet, nicht weit vom Strand entfernt. Keine Vermietung an Jugendgruppen!
