Hell eingerichtetes Ferienhaus auf einem gr. Naturgrundstück, nur etwa 10 Min. Fussweg vom kinderfreundlichen Sandstrand. Kombinierter Küchen-/Wohnbereich, nur abgetrennt durch zwei Stufen zw. Essecke und Wohnzimmer. Von dort geniesst man einen schönen Ausblick nach Westen in den Garten. Ausserdem drei SZ, Bad mit WC und Waschmasch. im Haus sowie ein 9 m2 gr. Annex auf dem Grundstück. Darin stehen eine doppelte Schlafcouch und am anderen Ende ein eigenes Bad m. Dusche und Fussbodenheizung zur Verfügung. SZ und Bad m. je einem separatem Eingang von aussen. Schöne verglaste Veranda mit Zugang von der Ostseite des Hauses. Allergikerfreundlich, da der Eigentümer selbst gg. Tierhaare allergisch ist. Ruhige Gegend, zudem eines der letzten Häuser in der Str. Ganz in der Nähe liegt Objekt 12157.
