Private: grounds 2'500 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, lawn sunning area, pond. In the house: central heating. The hunting lodge has been beautifully renovated and its original character can be seen in almost every part of the house and in its rustic style.

Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds, 1 double sofa bed and satellite-TV. 1 room with 1 bed and 1 x 2 bunk beds. 1 double bedroom. Sep. WC. Large terrace 200 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Reserved parking (fenced). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. The hunting lodge does not have a sofa in the living room, but the dining room is equipped with a comfortable corner bench and further seating. The ground floor has a bar located in the hallway. Access to the double room is only possible through the room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. The kitchen offers an espresso- and coffee machine. Bath tub on the ground floor with whirlpool function (deposit for remote).

Resort: Holiday resort, 25 km from Siegburg, 30 km east from Bonn, 50 km south-east from K÷ln. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor pool, sun bed. Waldbr÷l 10 km. Hennef (Sieg) 21 km. K÷nigswinter 45 km. For arrivals by plane: airport K÷ln (CGN) 45 km, Dnsseldorf (DUS) 105 km. The town of Ruppichteroth is located in a lovely, hillside forest area in the western part of the "Bergische Land". The newly restored historical town centre is worth a visit. Trips to the Waldbroel leisure park, to the Eckenhagen monkey and bird reserve (30km) and to the centre of Cologne/Bonn are possible.
