Interior:
10 km east of Rovaniemi city on the beach of River Kemijoki. The beach is 20 m away (river width of about 300 m, a length of more than 300 km), the water level varies. Sandy shore, pier, boat and canoe.

Wood and stone house on two floors, built in 1984. Kitchen, 3 bedrooms each with 2 beds (90 x 200 cm). One-bedroom beds can make my double bed. Sauna, electric stove and so-called Aitokiuas which is wood-burning stove. Aitokiuas can be heated with the help of the owner. Bathroom with shower, another shower is upstairs toilet connection. Fireplace room sofa can be a extra bed. 2 toilets, one on top and one bottom. Balcony.
In the kitchenette is equipped in addition to electric stove with wood-burning stove and grill, fireplace room with fireplace, baking oven ja a mini kitchen (sink, hot plates and fridge).

Note! House is bookable for max. 6 adults and 2 children. For Christmas and for New Year bookings can be included Christmas tree. Please inform if you want to have a tree. The cozy and luxurious genuine Finnish house close to Rovaniemi services. The city center by car within 15 minutes, the Ounasvaara ski resort and ski lift 12 min, golf course 15 min, Santa Claus Village, Arctic Circle and Santa Park 10 min, science and culture destination Arktikum 15 min, a public beach at 3 min, (a private beach next door), indoor swimming pool, spa Vesihiisi 15 min , Santa Sport 16 min, Rovaniemi airport for 15 minutes. Ranua Zoo 1 hour, Haparanda (Ikea) for 1.5 hours.

Kemijoki good for fishing. Rovaniemi - Kuusamo road about 30 m, adjacent house (about 40 m). The host family lives in the neighbour house and there are happy to help you in case you need help with something. They speak Finnish, English, Swedish and German.
Note! Cats are not permitted. Smoking inside is not allowed. The house has a smoke, overheat and burglary control system. Key deposit 150 € paid on the spot. Final cleaning and bed linen are obligatory.
