Exceptional quality throughout in this new Vacation Home in Evergreen Valley!! Perfectly located just 1 mile to Lake Cle Elum and 2 miles to shops, restaurants and watering holes in Roslyn. Golfing at the new Suncadia Resort is just a short 3 mile drive. This cabin boasts 3 Flat Screen TVs (each with a DVD player), Jetted Tub, Granite Counters, and Stainless Steel appliances. You'll also enjoy the large Hot Tub under the covered porch area in the back of the home. The scenic Cle Elum River is just a short walk from the home. Fly Fishermen and River Rafters will love this location.

This home features 3 Bedrooms. The Master has a Log Queen bed, Flat Screen TV w/DVD, Gas Fireplace and it's own private bath, complete with double sinks, tiled shower and jetted tub. The 2nd Bedroom has a Log Queen Bed and a Flat Screen TV w/DVD. The 3rd Bedroom has two bunk beds; One twin/twin and the other twin/double. The cabin sleeps up to 9 comfortably.

The covered patio leads to a nicely manicured lawn with a view of the Pine Tree forest beyond. Just off the lawn is a fire pit for night time campfires and cooking s'mores. The patio is furnished with a picnic table, round glass patio table and propane BBQ. There's plenty of room to sit back, relax, and enjoy the outdoors.

This cabin also comes with access to the Roslyn Ridge Activity Center! This new facility boasts a large outdoor Pool, Hot Tub, Tennis Court, Basketball Court, Beach Volleyball, several BBQ Stations with Picnic Tables, Shower/Locker Room Facilities, Conference Room with free WiFi access, exercise bikes and more!! This is a great facility for summer time entertainment. The Activity Just a short 1/2 mile drive from the cabin.

Entrance to the Roslyn Ridge Activity Center is $7/person per day. The entrance fee is charged at the door (cash only). The Roslyn Ridge Activity Center is open between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend. It is also open on the two weekends following Labor Day.

The hot tub location is convenient and inviting. The master bedroom is distanced from the other two bedrooms for better sleeping. We have rented this house about 6 times and will rent again. Our family of 6 had a great time the week before Christmas just enjoying the daily snows, warm fireplaces, and great scenery. It is a rambler and no stairs are a nice change. Kitchen, dining room, and especially the living room are over sized. Hot tub is covered from rain but still able to feel 100% with nature. The surrounding area was quiet and beautiful. We found the pillows a little lumpy and some glassware (like wine glasses) were lacking. We were a little surprised not to find wi-fi at the house. The layout of the house is perfect for everyone to naturally be together. We had everything we needed and then some. The house is more beautiful in person than even what it shows online. Everyone in our groups was pleasantly surprised that the home was clean, roomy, and had everything we needed. The home and setting were very quiet. We thought the property was closer to Suncadia resort (about 15 min.away), but glad that there was a closer pool facility that we could use. Great getaway! A guest from Bothell, WA recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in July, 2009 The only bummer was there was no central air. Our group was on a planning retreat, so we spent several hours in the house and it got very warm with just a window a/c unit. Also, the nights were difficult to sleep with only the one a/c unit and one fan. We would have brought our own fans if we would have known. base camp for hiking excursions Brad P. from Federal Way, WA recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in July, 2009 we used the vacation property as a home base to take some hiking trips into the nearby mountains. we used and enjoyed the grill both nights. my fam loved the hottub. our master bathroom was wife now wants me to do something similar with our bathroom now. the large dining room table with chairs was great for having our family meals.on the downside, the furniture in the living room was sparse and not so comfortable. we saw the t-stat in the laundry room and operated the window AC unit, but the bedrooms were on the warm side at night. we had to open the bedroom windows to cool down and it wasn't until later at night until it was comfortable enough to sleep.but, overall, we had a great time, enjoyed our stay and would recommend the rental to our friends and other fam members. thank you.
